Are there any books in genshin that are worth to read?

Even tho I play since 2021 I never really cared about the lore but that changed like a month ago so I made a new account just to read the story
So I’m working on the quests (currently on sumeru) but I was wondering if there are any books that are worth reading (like if they’re lore important or just have some interesting info)
Or should I just read them all
Or dont read any of them
Idk

well its hard to say what will be interesting for you.

All books in genshin about history of Teyvat (just keep in mind they are obfuscated)

Main ones probably would be:

0. Before sun and moon (ofc)

1. Byakuyakoku Collection
2. **The Pale Princess and the Six Pygmies**

**3. Dream of the Star-Stream**

**4.** Moonlit Bamboo Forest

5. Teyvat travel guide

There is more but i dont remember now more main ones

My guy, 0 is part of 1, 2 has one volume out without datamines which has nothing to do with anything in game and 3 doesn’t even exist

Perinheri is a good one too

I had a lot of fun with The Boar Princess just because of how unhinged it was

Hymns of the Far North, but let this one to be the last on your list otherwise you'll be lacking context in some important points.
