Well, it depends on wether you're looking for bigger numbers or consistent damage. Go for a melt team if you want bigger numbers, and go for a vape team if you want consistency. However I'm a relatively new player myself and haven't looked that deep into these character's kits, So I;m not gonna give any advice as it might be misleading, I'm sure someone else can help you better than me

Jean doesn't have the best synergy with Arle, so I'll assume you just named her because she's a 5\* and I'll make teams without her. But if you really like her, you can replace Lanyan or Sucrose with her.
* Vape; Arle, Xingqiu, Lanyan, Candace
* Vape 2; Arle, Xingqiu, Sucrose, Thoma
* Overload; Arle, Chevreuse, Xiangling, Lisa (will need a lot of Energy Recharge)
* Melt; Arle, Kaeya, Diona, Sucrose
* Mono Pyro; Arle, Xiangling, Lanyan, Thoma (shield is a little redundant with Lanyan I guess, but not great options)
As for who to look out for in future:
* Overload: Fischl really helps, much more consistent Electro app with no energy issues.
* Melt: Citlali is by far the best Cryo applier for Melt, but Rosaria can also work
* Vape: Ineffa is a good option for Vape teams especially, but even in Overload she's good. She adds a ton of damage if Hydro is present, a strong shield and consistent Electro hits
* All: Bennett is a good one to look out for, as you seem to know.
