Purely as a DPS, yes if Raiden isn't C2, no if she is. As a general benefit to the team, however, no, since Raiden also buffs Burst damage and recharges energy with her Burst.

In a Raiden/Razor, Fischl, Chev, C6 Bennett team, yeah Razor > C0 Raiden.
But in a Raiden/Razor, Fischl, Chev, Durin/Xiangling team, Raiden will be better since she buffs Durin/XL's burst damage, and without C6 Bennett infusion half of Razor's damage will be unbuffed Physical.
If you go Raiden/Razor, Fischl, Durin, C6 Bennett, probably Razor on top again, though closer than the first team.
\*Also assuming C6 Razor. A C5 Razor probably wouldn't beat C0 Raiden, but I'm not 100% sure of that.

Well, Clorinde is similar in DPS to a C2R1 Raiden, and Flins' DPS depends heavily on his team. Razor isn't beating either of those, even with a full C6 team, unless you have like Flins C0R0 Aino C0 no Sucrose.

Assuming C6 Razor with hex buff and C0 Raiden, they're close enough that you can consider them equals. The conflicting info you're probably seeing is just people agenda posting to meme on Raiden.

Better than C0 Raiden, but that isn't really fair since you need multiple C6 4 stars to get to that point. Give Raiden a few cons and she's much stronger.

He is however he needs Chevreuse and C6 Bennet to do so which may be quite an issue for the rest of your teams. Cause I'm pretty sure you have a better use for these 2 Meta Supports.

C0 Raiden isn't a DPS, she's an on-field support. In her most iconic Rational team, Xiangling is the main carry, everyone else is there to buff, battery, and enable vape for Xiangling.
