“Too many requests, try again later”

i have been unable to log into my genshin impact account for almost two days now. i’ve watched some youtube video tutorials, i went to the official hoyoverse website and though i could log in to my account on there, still not into the game itself. i’ve tried genuinely what feels like everything, repaired the game, restarted my PC, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it etc. i have no idea what to do, i have a bunch of wishes saved up, no one else has my login info (that i know of) and i am very upset that i can’t get in and play my favourite game. i sent hoyoverse an email, but the one time i have tried that before it didn’t seem to help much, so i feel very defeated.

But seriously, are you logging into the correct server? Accounts don’t link to all servers, just one.

i am aware that accounts are connected to a single region, i use EU. i tried connecting to the hoyoverse website itself, and that worked, so i know it’s not the wrong password or account name. i’m not sure if i feel safe sharing my log in with a stranger though, do you have any proof of being able to help?

Did you have VPN or cloudflare warp on? if you try to login with that it will display that message. try to turn it off
