So I'm looking at my handbook and for some reason I got this small symbol and Idk when that appeared or if I activated it, I honestly forgot already since I often take big breaks from playing the game, can anyone tell me what these are and how to activate it? Thanks

This means you have the character pinned in your Training Guide, which will show the little symbol on materials you need to level them up. You can access it via the Paimon menu and pin/unpin characters based on who you're currently building

Maybe you set Noelle as your built target. I don't know how to change it but there should be something on the character page, top left, over their info and stats that get you to a page where you can change your biult target.
