Why do people always assume that Wanderer would be bad with children???
He clearly has been mentoring Durin who has somewhat of a childish spirit still and in his past (as Kabukimono), he looked after the sickly boy and clearly cared deeply for him.
Not only that, but he is often portrayed with animals/have animals approach him and in a lot of fictional media, it is generally accepted that animals are better at sensing someone's intentions than humans are, showing that he is now much purer in soul.
He might not willingly offer to babysit a kid, but if he has to do it, I think he'd do just fine.

I think the mischaracterization is due to those popular specific type of memes that makes the fandom mischaracterize them, literally Wanderer is such a well written character, he carried the fatui when his apperance was made in 1.1 He had an intimidating aura that made people uneasy, and his introduction immediately established him as a serious threat rather than a joke or a trope.And his past- abandonment by his creator, repeated betrayals, and the gradual erosion of his trust in others. Those experiences didn’t make him “edgy” for no reason; they shaped his worldview and explained his hostility and detachment. His time with the Fatui, and later the manipulation he endured, further reinforced that cycle of loss and resentment. Wanderer’s arc works because the narrative treats his pain seriously and allows him to confront it rather than gloss over it or turn it into a joke.

A) Wanderer. He's really decent with Durin, who is essentially seeing the world through the eyes of an inquisitive child. He's sarcastic and blunt, but I don't really think he's a bad guy.
B) Dori. Ito is a kind hearted man child who would probably end up doing a lot of good with the ability to print money. Mona would get herself into a better financial position for certain, but probably isn't the greediest for Mora. Dori would create an absolute monopoly and drive every major competitor out of business.
C) All of them, but Jahoda would be the most likely be the most embarrassed if she was caught. The other two would proudly walk down the street singing their hearts out.

A. Wanderer. There's been no indication that he'd be bad with children. Aszhdaha, on the other hand, is murderous and insane, and Dottore has been known to perform lethal human experimentation on children. (That said, if there was something in it for Dottore, he might behave himself.)
B. Itto. Both Mona and especially Dori are educated enough to know about the negative inflationary effects of unrestricted money-printing. Itto, on the other hand, probably wouldn't look deeper than, "Hey, free money!"
C. Yoimiya. Judging by their "About the rain" voice lines, Amber LOVES the rain and wouldn't ask it to go away. Both Yoimiya and Jahoda dislike it, but Yoi likely dislikes it more since it damages her fireworks.
