who should I pull for based off what characters I have ?
i know I don’t have a lot of characters I do plan on building more of my four stars over time but I am guaranteed so idk if I should pull for columbina or ineffa next patch
i was debating on a nod krai character at least cause I don’t have any

Columbina, she's 3 in 1 character.. And Ineffa if you have enough gems left to spare.

I'm not saying how good she is.. she can do 3 types of reactions dmg by herself. So 3 in 1.

I'd say go for Ineffa. Bina is also good, she will likely rerun somewhere in 6.6, but Ineffa might not come back for a while now. Also you already have good off-field Hydro (Furina), but no shielder.

yeah that’s what I kinda figured too certain characters don’t always get reruns that often so id rather go with ineffa

Characters usually get thier first rerun withing a year since thier release, but after that their reruns could be extremely unpredictable. But archonts have at least one rerun per patch cycle, and their first rerun is usually in x.6 if memory serves. Bina is a Nod-Krai equivalent to archon, so you'll definetly have chance to pull for her again in forseeable future. As for Ineffa, it is her rerun, not a debut, so it is impossible to say if she'd be back until 7.x.
Also, the debut-rerun timespan tend to be less than rerun-rerun, so if you want both characters, but one has a debut and the second rerun, it is more "safe" to go for the one who has rerun.

Pretty much any on field 5\* DPS, almost all of your characters are supports and off field sub DPS.

Your account lack on-fielder. While Columbina and Ineffa are good unit, both of them are off-field damage+support. So for up coming banner, either Zibai or Neuvillette. If you have primo budget for 2 limited character then first half pick up Columbina first then Zibai. But if you want someone that's useful immeditely, go with Neuvillette since you can put him with Furina, Xilonen and Jean then save your primo gem for another on-field later.

Support impact is way too valuable imo especially for players on limited pulls. Who knows when Ineffa reruns again.
Here exhibit A, Genshin is well and truely beatable with just cracked supports.

u/YashamonSensei is correct. You need some DPS units. Depending on what resources you have— if you have like 0 primos and 0 pity on a 50/50 right now, then Neuvillette would be your best play. A Neuv/Xilonen/Furina/Flex team will work excellently.
However if you have lots of resources and can or are whaling a bit — going Columbina+Ineffa or Columbina+Zibai would be next best options considering what’s coming up on banner.
