Dottore is getting killed in a VERY specific way at the end of Luna 4
Hello there boys and girls, I was a bit bored because I am sick so I decided to rewatch the special program and I think I have landed on a crack theory that I know how Dottore will end up.
Obviously we fight him and half the fanbase hates his guts but I think *we* won't be the ones defeating him.
What do I mean by that?
Well, indulge me for a moment.
In the trailer at the very end of it we see the shot of a massive explosion.
So what am I saying here?
There is one in Dragonspine, there is one in the Chasm, there is one in Sumeru and it's also the reason half of Sumeru is a desert.
Yes, I am saying that - #Dottore will be killed by Celestia with the final remaining Divine Nail.
Let me drive this home for you.
Firstly, we know from the end of the Shades trailer that HP still has one left.
Secondly, the fire is blue. Correct me if I am wrong but in almost 5.5 years of Genshin we've only known Flins to be able to create this type of fire, and assuming the color also the Divine Nails.
Thirdly, in that shot in Luna 4 there is a clear trail of light coming from above down and if you go frame by frame you can see the shading indicate that it comes from above downwards.
Fourtly, in the Shades trailer Ronova also said it is time we intervened. Remeber that he opened the firmament as well and we know from that trsiler as well that the Shades reside above the firmament, indicated by that shot of Ronova looking down towards Pierro. We also see the red there as the camera zooms down.
And to drive the point further home:
In the Luna 4 trailer Dottore says: *"The world is informed of the arrival of their new God."*
And what did Pierro ask us in the Shades trailer?
*"What is the price of killing a God? The God stays silent, as if the thought never crossed his mind."*
And the shot pans up to show us the final nail.
So yeah, I think Ronova is nailing his ass at the end of Luna 4.
Pics are like this because of Reddit formatting so apologies.
Crackhead maybe, but thoughts?

Furthermore, with HP asleep, I don't know if it's possible for a shade to use a divine nail. We mustn't forget that they can only intervene if they follow the rules.
But that doesn't mean they won't intervene, just not directly. And tte one who I think is currently pulling the strings is Istaroth.
In my opinion, Columbina will succeed in defeating Dottore. Her powers are also blue since they are based on kuuvahki, and she is still alive. She has been teleported to the past, where she will meet the ancient moons. The goal is for these moons to remain on Teyvat, so that Columbina can stay too, because the world will not reject her. That's why when we purify the marrow of the iridescent moon, she calls Columbina, Hypo (for Hyposelenia), because she has already seen her, but Columbina doesn't remember because it's in two different timelines.
But this meeting in the past could have an impact on what is happening now, like the Sakura tree. That would explain why in her burst, Columbina has the three moons behind her but also wings, whereas in the current timeline, there is only one moon and she has no wings. She changed something in the past that made this possible.
As for what Pierrot says, I think it's Dottore's motivation: “Can we kill a god?” Dottore is a scientist who puts science and experimentation above all else. If he asks himself a question about a subject, he will do everything in his power to find the answer, even if it means killing or destroying a nation. For him, all of that is futile; only knowledge matters.
And when you look at what he's done so far, becoming a god by using the primary power of Teyvat is the logical next step. And that's also why he talks so much about experimenting with what he's doing. Because for him, that's all it is: an experiment.
Which leads me to believe that Tsaritsa and Pierrot are aware of everything Dottore is doing, but the other Harbingers aren't. Especially if we remember that before leaving the Fatui, Columbina gave up a large part of her power, and therefore the kuuvahki that Dottore had to use for his current experiment.
It could be just a ploy to... deprive Celestia of their final Nail? Provoke the explosion to do... something? Who knows. For all we know, another segment of Dottore could have orchestrated all this (we've seen him sacrificing his segments before).
Whatever happens has to advance the plot. Just like before, when we technically won but lost the Gnosis, this could very well advance the Fatui's goals.
If Celestia is involved in defeating Dottore, it won't be by dropping a vacuum cleaner on him.
If the Nail is used in this case, that'd be quite strange. I feel that if the Shades do intervene, they won't be using a nail.
But will join in the applause of fans and characters alike when it happens
