How can I get into this tunnel?

I remember that some quest was there and that's when I made the marks, so that I would come back later to explore it properly. But now I can't find the entrance there. I found the exit at the north side of the tunnel, but there is a flow, so I can't enter it from there.

I think it's a world quest that gets triggered when u talk to an npc, he might be there near the left side of the tunnel, on land

Ok, I try to find him and check from google which quest it was. I don't know for sure is it even possible to get into that tunnel anymore, but I think I saw there some chests/puzzles there during that quest, which is why I made the marks to the map.

The TP at the start should get you in there

No it goes to different floor and I have searched everywhere around there, but didn't find the entrance to the tunnel.

Ok that was it. I feel kinda stupid now, because I really looked that place around and didn't find it, even when it was right next to TP.

And there wasn't even anything in that tunnel. Well at least I could finally delete the marks from the map.
