Pulling advice!

So I'm trying to decide who to pull in the next few patches. When Escoffier released, I only had enough primos to get her or Skirk and ended up getting Skirk, so I've been waiting for Escoffier's rerun since then. I am guessing that she and Skirk will likely get reruns very soon, possibly after the Columbina patch. I also really want Escoffier's weapon.

The problem is, I really love Columbina's design, but I have zero other Nod-Krai five star units. Apparently she kind of sucks without them, but I thought I could maybe still play her with Keqing or something (or DPS Mona with Albedo lol). I've heard she also kind of works with Hu Tao? I am open to possibly pulling Ineffa to go with her, but I don't have enough for both of them, and then I definitely won't have enough for Escoffier and her weapon. I currently have 115 wishes saved and am on a guaranteed. I know we'll get 20 free pulls from Lantern Rite, but that's still not nearly enough. What should I do?

TLDR: I'm saving for Escoffier and her weapon for Skirk and cannot decide whether to pull Columbina and/or Ineffa or not. I currently own zero Nod-Krai/Lunar five stars. Who should I pull/skip??

If you don’t own any of Columbia’s best characters, and skirt is your priority.

And you’re limited on promos. I’d recommend pulling for skirt’s best characters.

she is an "archon" it means she gets more reruns than skirk and besides cryo characters get the worst reruns it's basically a meme right now

I also have the same pulling plans. Escoff and her sig for my Skirk team.

If you don't have any five star NodKrai units, I think you should prioritize pulling the NodKrai units like this: Dedicated support(Ineffa/Lauma)>DPS(Flins/Nefer)>Columbina. The supports enable your non-NodKrai teams the reaction to help you clear lunar shill content, while the DPSes help you clear the shill contents much more easier but they require more restrictive team comps to function well, and lastly, although C0 Columbina enables all the lunar reactions, the overall contribution she brings to a team is way lower in non-NodKrai teams.

I used GI calculator to see how much DPS/dmg units that I plan to pull can add to my teams and how many teams their benefits can carry over to. Currently, my calcs with my ccs look like this:

1. Escoffier + ≈33% DPS increase to my Skirk team.
2. Symphonist of Scents + ≈12% DPS increase to Skirk team and Mavuika Overload team
3. Columbina + ≈24% DPS increase to my Flins team

And given that I can probably only guarantee one limited 5* during each patch, I'm prioritizing on skipping 6.3 entirely to guarantee Escoff and save up for her rerun if she turns out to be better than I expect.

As for your account, I highly recommend you pull for Ineffa as she is an awesome sub DPS that can clear lunar shill content decently even as the only NodKrai character in a team, and also Escoffier to help future-proof your Skirk team.

Many have said to prioritize Skirk/Escoffier, and I agree, but Columbina is not useless without any other Nod-Krai units. Quite the opposite, actually. She can enable lunar-reactions for all other geo/electro/dendro characters, which are stronger than standard reactions on average. And she is an archon-level unit, so she is a great hydro support either way.
