Why is the download speed for Hoyo games so inconsistent?/any way to fix it?

[From this](https://preview.redd.it/q4d4q5190dbg1.jpg?width=430&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b7d7267e93c5a57adfd3f3c62cdec95a9b09f413)

[to this in like 5 minutes and then stays like this forever](https://preview.redd.it/26859ml90dbg1.jpg?width=439&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=78758ed898cbc153857142f73f5c7eb7f65d247c)

Why did the download speed suddenly drop so much? Also have this problem with other hoyo games. It always starts just fine...

Download speed depends on many factors. Outside of expected factors like number of connections in your area or connections to the CDN server, it may also depend on your storage speed or CPU speed. If your storage can't keep up with the download speed, it might as well download slower so it's not hogging RAM storing downloaded data.
