With current character that you have in your roster, you don't really have anything would go well with Neuvi unless you pull character like Furina, Xilonen, Kazuha, Citlali, Mavuika, Lauma, Ineffa, Xiangling, Fischl, Sucrose.

Your current team is okay, but Neuvillette doesn't need Bennet's attack buff. Lisa or Barbara are worth trying as a 4th.

Go to spiral abyss and use Clorinde/Thoma/Iansan/Chevreuse to clear floor 3 and get your free Xiangling, then run Neuvi/Xiangling/Ororon/Lan Yan.

If Neuvillette is your intended main with this roster — it’s pretty tough. I’d probably replace Bennett with Yaoyao? You can maybe work in some Hyperbloom with her, instead of Bennett practically doing nothing in that slot.
