I mean, at this point in time, we've met 5 Fatui and 1 former Fatui. We have 2 of the 5 as playable, one is dead, one is going to be playable soon (probably), one is using his Burst "Sitting EX", and another is begging to get the Orobachi treatment. The former Fatui is going to be playable in 10 days.
At this point we'll have all the living Fatui, and the others will be "dead". We'll get the coat then \[Trust me bro\].
Either that or it'll be the Tsaritsa's extra Talent for Overworld: "As long as the Tsaritsa is in the active party, if another 'Fatui' member is in the party, they gain the Fatui Coat."
PS: For those of you asking, no, we still don't know why the 6th sit is empty. As far as anyone knows, it has always been empty.

Her new name she chose for herself is literally the one Fatui gave her. She spent all of last patch realising that her friends in the Fatui were actually real. It’s all hinting to her embracing her Fatui side and she’ll probably be the one who will let us interact with the Tsaritsa or something.

She thought the name was just an alias until her bonds with her friends gave it meaning .
All the people close to her including the traveler decided to call her colombina because they knew she didn't like to be named after a goddess and she wanted a normal name .
It's also the reason why her name box changed from damsellete to colombina .

Sure, the name was given to her by the organization and the first friends she made were fellow Harbingers, but the name was only made significant to her through the bonds she made with her friends in the last AQ, not their roles as members of the Fatui.
And if we want characters who will organically connect us to the Tsaritsa, Arlecchino and Sandrone are still there as active serving Harbingers.

This is like saying “if you had true good friends in an abusive overworking company then the company is good and you should stay with them”. Arle and Sandrone were Columbina’s friends because of who they are and who Columbina is as a person, not because they are all Fatui, which is also why they HATE and are ready to kick Dottore’s ass who is a fellow Harbinger. Their frienship was independent from being fatui harbingers, them being colleagues was simply the means in which they met.
Columbina’s problems with the Fatui that led her to leave are still valid, The Tsaritsa did not fulfill her promise to Columbina for a family, she just granted her a title and kept her on the side until her turn to be used has came, if Sandrone and Arle had not want to become Columbina’s friends she would have been all alone.
While Columbina did fail to realize that she did have true friendship within the Fatui, it is was always about the people who were her friends and not Fatui as an organization being fulfilling to her, Fatui was simply the place that allowed them to meet and interact rather than the reason for them being friends. She has no reason to return to the Fatui, she doesn’t need to be a harbinger to stay friends with Arle or Sandrone
