Flins build

Is my flins good enough or should I improve him more. I don’t have ineffa. Planning to pull for columbina

don’t even think about pulling for columbina without ineffa 😭

Ok 😭. But is the build alright or should I improve some stat?

A bit too much ER for his regular teams. In exchange you should get some more crit damage and perhaps a tiny bit more crit rate.

Looks fairly decent already though.

Which weapon are you using?

I’ll try to increase his cd to 200. Using primordial jade spear as his weapon
