Is there any fun/good builds for Jahoda w my roster? And can you share tips on how to run/play the team?

Since you don't have any of the Nod-Krai 5 star units, you won't be activating the new Luanr reactions. Both Jahoda and Aino only give the Moonsign level upgrade but innately do not contain the reaction.
Regardless, I've spent a short time on Jahoda and personally I believe she's a great healer. She easily outweighs building Barbara as a healer because her elemental application is stronger than Barbara's and she can substitute for Jean as an Anemo Healer (seeing as you don't have Jean yet). Jahoda will pretty much always hold the 4pc VV set as an Anemo support. (You can see the set in the recommended artifacts in game)
Your main team of Varesa overload shouldn't be changed. But I believe Jahoda could fit into either Gaming, Diluc or Heizou.
Your Gaming team can be Gaming, Bennet, Jahoda, Layla. Where Jahoda gains cryo absorption so Gaming can Melt Plunge for big number. This team is super defensive though and relies on a well invested Gaming (the difference in C6 is massive)
I haven't played Layla personally so I don't remember her timings/cooldowns.
Layla E Q, Jahoda Q hE, Bennet E Q, Gaming combo
E - Skill
hE - Hold Skill
Q - Burst
The issue with this rotation is that if Jahoda is on 4pc VV, she'll shred Cryo instead of Pyro, so it's tricky figuring out how to Swirl the Pyro and then Absorb the Cryo. But, I believe you can try some other forms of this team.
Diluc can replace Gaming in the same team. Diluc also likes Vaporize teams so you can try Diluc, Aino, Jahoda, Bennet.
Heizou can use Jahoda as a defensive option. But the only other Anemo unit he needs on his team is Faruzan as she provides better buff/shred to Anemo on-field DPS.
Frem is another on-field DPS option who plays as Physical/Shatter but does not have a need for Jahoda. If you want to run him, a team for him can be Frem, Fischl, Layla, Aino. (Shatter is a reaction that occurs when a Frozen enemy is broken out of Freeze from Heavy Physical Attacks, especially Claymores, just like other reactions, its DMG scales from EM)

Jahoda is basically worthless (as in, the main aspect of her kit literally does not activate) without Ascendant Gleam, which inherently superglues her to Aino on your account since you have no other Nod-Krai characters. But because neither is a 5-star, neither of them have the passive to convert your reaction into Lunar reactions, so even this has limited utility aside from enabling Jahoda's kit and the Night set for your onfielder.
The combination of Jahoda and Aino is not really tied to any specific team comp. Any team that wants hydro application could theoretically make that work. You'd put Jahoda on VV, Aino on SMS, and then whichever DPS you pick qualifies for the Night set because your team has Ascendant Gleam.
