Why did you even level this? It's a flower with one good stat. And sure, you can give it to someone that scales with DEF but good flowers and feathers that are on-set are not that hard to get. If you're farming Whimsy it's either for Arle or Clorinde. Does this look like a good piece for either of them? This is Strongbox trash.
Now that you hit ER three times you might as well keep in just in case. But the logic in leveling this still eludes me.
