Should I pull Neuvillete?

I have zero fontaine, natlan, and nod-krai characters AHAHAHAHA cuz I took a 4yr break from genshin

I will be getting columbina for sure just cuz I love her...but I am also tempted to get neuvillete

and also fyi I am in DEEP need of a good dps because hu tao is my best dps atm 😭😭😭

Should I proceed with getting neuvi or should I wait for other characters like flins, mavuika, arlecchino rerun? Ty in adance

Short answer ( NO) hes not even close to be the character he once was... is he still good ? Sure... but has dropped quit a bit in the Meta...
But if u dont care for Meta and u like the character than who cares... get him and be happy 😊

He's alright, but I recommend pulling for Nod Krai units simply because they're way stronger. Plus, they're going to get some serious shilling for Spiral Abyss and Stygian Onslaught. Hu Tao is very weak now compared to new standard. Welcome back, bro!

Columbina and Ineffa is a good team for almost all electro, denro units. The power of those is enough for a wheelchair team

It might be better for your account to pull for Columbina + Ineffa or Columbina + Lauma, the former produces a wheelchair team and the latter makes columbina into a DPS.

if you only want neuvi because you've heard he's strong, he's not that strong anymore to be worth it. if you like his characters and want strong(er) chars, consider getting his weapon too. getting both columbina and ineffa is better spendings imo.

No honestly unless you like his design and story a lot, pulling the newest characters makes more sense for a account coming off retirement. They are much stronger than even Neuv.

Currently ineffa best supp and subdps alongside escoff and furina also durin. While bina is great bc she turns all reactions to lunar. No need to get other characters to trigger it

If you get Columbina consider getting Ineffa as well

Columbina alone is pretty mediocre, and you said you don't have any nod krai character to go alongside her

Ineffa should be your priority if you're getting bina. She'll be doing relatively little without a ineffa or lauma. They make the strongest wheelchair in the game.
