I'm sensing that Columbina will work well with Ineffa...

Just off the top of my head:
Personal outright MDPS :
Columbina on field, Lauma, Ineffa, Aino C6/Sucrose
NK dpses:
Nefer, Lauma, Columbina, Sucrose
Flins, Ineffa, Bina, Sucrose
Zibai, C2/C6 Illuga, Bina, Ineffa/Zhongli if Illuga C2 then its Xilo + Ineffa instead (global icd LC app doesn't mess with things since Ineffa has 0.5u or 1 every 2 sec and shorter rot than Zhongli)
For LC Overvape:
Durin, Sucrose, Columbina, Ineffa
Arlecchino, same 3
For LC no Flins, Yae Miko is very strong here for the older characters with the same 3
Anemo: Venti (Durin for Suc), Wanderer, Xiao BIS (Faruzan for Suc for more invested Xiao players)
This is just highest points then work down from there.
