did the liben event start in eu

hello! so i am aware that the liben event started in asia, and i also know that typically the events start and end on the server day reset.

however, ive seen posting about liben, and im on the eu server. the server reset about two hours ago, yet no liben event. this is also happening with my sister, so im just a tad bit confused if it started on eu.

many thanks :)
