Returning Player Needing Pulling Advice
Hello, all! I recently returned to Genshin Impact after a very long break starting in 4.0. I hopped on for a few releases that I was hyped for (Arlecchino) and pulled some others here and there.
I'm honestly not really interested in any of the Nod Krai cast, including all the silhouettes that just dropped as well. With this being said, I'm planning on pulling some DPS/supports that I missed out on and that I think would really help my account. Here are the characters I'm planning on pulling (in no particular order):
1. Skirk (She was a highly anticipated character for me so I #needthat, plus I want an excuse to play my soon to be C2 Shenhe when I get my free con \^O\^)
2. Mavuika (Varesa + Kinich supp)
3. Citlali (Arlecchino deserves it)
4. Escoffier (duh)
Now, for my question. I used to be a whale and would regularly drop $100+ on each banner (depending on my luck) and get at least c0 of each new character (save for Itto and Nilou, who I just didn't really care for). While doing this, I also pulled for a ton of signature weapons. I am now in a place in my life where I just don't have that kind of disposable income, so pulling weapons for these characters isn't as much of a priority for me. However, I *am* curious if any of you have any advice on whether or not any signatures for these characters are worth the investment. I've included a picture of all characters and weapons I currently own. I was planning on throwing Mistsplitter on Skirk, Redhorn on Mavuika, TTDS on Citlali and Homa or Staff of Scarlet Sands on Escoffier. What I really want to know is if Mavuika's or Skirk's sig is worth the pulls, as I really don't plan on getting sigs for Escoffier or Citlali. Let me know what y'all think. I appreciate any advice or help y'all can provide. Tysm!!
Notes: I also own Childe, Ayato & Scara but these characters will honestly never see the light of day. I regret them every day, lol.

From my personal experience, I have Skirk+Escoffier. Skirk runs Uraku Misaguri as a stat stick and I have R1 Escoffier. I've been happy with the team's performance and don't feel like I'm missing out on Skirk R1.
For Citlali, thrilling tales is plenty strong. The main downside is that it forces strict rotations. On the other hand, you basically have to stick to strict rotations to make Citlali pop anyway. If the pyro carry doesn't melt, Citlali teams are very sad.
For off field Mauvika, I don't have a sense of how strong her signature is relative to something like redhorn.
Thinking back, I've found my Skirk team (Skirk/Furina/Escoffier/flex) to easily clear content in the abyss and SO up to menacing. The clears have generally been pretty comfy so I don't feel like I needed Escoffier R1 for that, at least so far.
I went for a few Fearless SO clears when I had more gaming time and Escoffier's R1 felt essential because those clears were usually tight. Of course, that could be mitigated by better artifacts/better rotations and gameplay.
but i would recommend to get columbina and ineffa. this 2 are the core of a wheelchair wich can use raiden, hutao, varesa or arlecchino. and dont worry about weapons. you have already many great 5 star weapons
