If u like lunar reactions she is the Core for all of them, if u just stay with flins only get ineffa id say. But someone correct me if im wrong :)

Columbina only really has synergy with lunar teams, she really doesn't do much outside of them, so for your roster she is only really good with Flins. Lunar reactions by themselves don't do that much more than normal reactions.

Bina is the main push (archont type) so getting her would probably be beneficial for any account. As for navia in lunar crystals better to search calculations from people who making those.
Personally, I like my Ineffa. Got her on first banner (will go for her weapon on this one). I could put her into nevi/Varesa teams and cover lunar crarged reactions easily. So I would go for Bina and Ineffa weapon in following patch. If I get Bina weapon - good. If not- no big deal.

Columbina should be better, she can support your Flins, and upgrade for your Navia team.

Columbina can further strengthen Flins' team, but I think Ineffa is still higher in the priority list for Flins.

As of the current sheets, for Flins teams, because that is what you will be using with either of them, Columbina without Ineffa is better than Ineffa without Columbina, due to how Ineffa has decent alternatives with Fischl and Ororon, while all the other hydro slots have terrible synergy, to where the best is Aino, and Aino is shit, just because her cooldowns are short and she gives a little EM at c6.

Next few patches endgame hoyo will design such that you will require Columbina for easier clears. Like how after all archons were released and then all endgames were designed around archon kits. Of course you can clear without her, but it will be harder.
If you don't care about the endgame or you want challenges and want to clear without columbina, then go for anyone you like.
