Ineffa needs another nod-krai character (otherwise she's just a glorified Yae Miko). If you are willing/able to pull Columbina at the same time, the two of them together will do wonders for your account (in terms of combat). Otherwise you should get the free Aino from the intro to Nod-krai questline and run her with Ineffa.

You dont know anything about Ineffa if you think she needs another NK character she does very fine with just a wet tissue in Aino....

She had the unanimous highest sub dps numbers in the game from every single credited TC guy and shes getting buffed next patch in the new artefact set domain.
Don't believe go look at Ineffa solo runs like Lauma both don't need another 5 star NK character to be what she is, shes built like that. Literally in her kit she selfs buffs her own reaction, gives em on field and to herself, shields, xiangling on steroids without the jank, full uptime, performs standard or longer rots, easy asf to build.

she's basically like lauma who isn't tied to ascendant gleam. they don't need another nodkrai 5*, they can function with just aino or jahoda if you want the SMS artifact set activated.

Ineffa performs fine with just herself but an important point is that moonsign provides a very substantial buff to lunar reaction damage, often around 120%+ buff to reaction damage, on top of other buffs

Ineffa works well in your account because she's a wheelchair. She essentially turns what would be old deprecated teams into a one-robot-maid show.
The good news is that Columbina+Ineffa is full stop the best wheelchair in the game. If you're not going for Bina there is a free copy of Aino in the Nod Krai AQ.
Your best team is probably Ineffa, Aino, Fischl, Sucrose. This most likely* beats out Ayato/Yae/Raiden because of Moonsign Buffs and Hexerei Buffs. You can also replace Fischl and Sucrose with Yae and Xilonen.
