I am AR55 because others helped me... what should i do

I started playing in january 2022, people joined me and helped A LOT, now that i am back to playing since last monday (After 2022 I logged from time to time just to wish maybe like 3 times a year), i realised that i have the most random characters because i pulled for the ones i thought were looking good.... should i just start building a team from scratch? But it will take ages because my characters can't do much... I got from ar 53 to ar 55 alone this time and i don't play co-op anymore so i can be better and i think i arleady improved but idk how to start building a TOTALLY new team when my characters can't fight the bosses needed or if they will beat them itll take like 20 minutes😭 help.. Also i will try pulling for ineffa BUT this time not because she is pretty🙏

and just a tip that you can use the Hoyolab app to efificiently and easily share your whole character roster with more information and details like their constellations. Go to the globe icon at lower bar menu > select Genshin Impact > select Hoyo Guides > select Battle Chronicle > select All Characters

What bosses or domains do you struggle with? Most should be doable with your most build characters Ayato, dendro traveler, Raiden and Sayu.

In this team Raiden would be used as hyperbloom trigger, so she should use full EM build instead of her DPS build. Sayu should be on VV set to shred enemy resistance and should have enough ER to burst on cooldown so you have enough healing. Dendro traveler would be on deepwood set, Raiden on gilded dream(or paradise lost).

tbh the only well built characters are xiangling yae and bennett... as i said others were helping me and basically everyone except those 3 have BAD builds, the only thing that is okay with my ayato is his level..

i struggle with most of the new things, id like to build a team with lyney or xilonen and maybe yae because she is the one i love...

Yae, Raiden, Xilonen, Bennett should work.
Other option would be Yae, Raiden, Xiangling, Chevreuse.

I believe both teams when build should be able to clear spiral abyss up to floor 12. Depending on enemies they could also be used to clear floor 12, but I would not expect full stars.

I don't expect you should have problem farming materials using this team, unless the enemy has strong electro resistance or immunity - eg. Electro hypostasis, thundering manifestation,... (The second team that use overload and does also pyro damage beside electro damage might somewhat handle even these enemies but it won't be optimal)

If you can't farm materials on your own you could try lowering your world level or you can still use coop till you build your teams.

Build one team (doesn't have to be the one I suggested) before trying to build other. Level only what is necessary. Use https://keqingmains.com/ for character guide if you don't know what artifact set and stats characters want. Leveling characters to 80/80 and 80/90 should be enough for now. Supports can be even lower 70/70.

Don't focus too much on artifacts at the beginning, getting right main stat should be main focus, you can improve it later. You could even use 4* before finding a good 5*.

if you want to build teams, based on what you already have i would recommend:

raiden, xingqui, xiangling, bennett

raiden fischl, chevreuse, bennett/xiangling

lyney, fischl, xiangling, chevreuse

your best characters at the moment are xilonen, lyney, chevreuse, kuki, xiangling, bennett, xingqui, sucrose, fischl and raiden. just use this characters and you should be fine. obviously you have to gear them, lvl them up and upgrade the skills
