You should still have enough time, since you DID complete one week. Including this week, there are seven weeks left in the cycle, and seven rewards left to obtain.
Remember, you need to log on at least five days a week EVERY week, spending at least 120 Original Resin each day if you want to make it.

The thing on left is the 7 days in the week, need 5 if those to claim the weekly reward.
The thing on the right is the 8 weeks to the Con, of which they have 1/8 done sometime before missing last week. (and 3 out 4 weeks before that) There are still 7 weeks left, so just barely enough time to make it to 8/8.
(You might've been thinking of people still at 0/8?)

You can still get it.. You have already done one week so there is 7 left. 7x7 is 49 days, exactly this week. Just dont skip any week and you will get it.
