Should I pull for Columbina or Ineffa?
I am an AR 60, free-to-play, non-meta casual player who does not participate in the Spiral Abyss, Stygian Onslaught, or Imaginarium Theatre. I typically play for only a few hours a day due to real-life commitments taking up most of my time. Currently, I am working on levelling all my characters to 80 so they are playable.
During Natlan, I made the mistake of not pulling for several characters at the beginning because I didn’t really like them for various reasons. I also was unable to summon a few characters I truly wanted, which, as a result, made playing in Natlan and participating in the limited-time events more challenging. I primarily relied on Kachina and Ororon for most of my gameplay during Natlan, and I only obtained Iansan and Mavuika right at the end.
When Nod Krai started, I was determined to pull for nearly all the Nod Krai characters, even if I didn't particularly like them, to avoid repeating my mistake from Natlan. Unfortunately, when Ineffa was released, I decided to skip her, knowing that she would eventually get a rerun. I thought it was early enough in the region to still focus on getting other Nod Krai characters in future banners in hopes of pulling for Citlali again. Sadly, I never got Citlali. Since then, I've been pulling on all the Nod Krai banners, trying to obtain some of the characters to ensure I’m covered mechanically. In the second phase, I plan to pull for Neuvillette because I desperately want him and have not been successful in summoning him so far. I will attempt to pull for Zibai during her rerun.

Since you don't have an interest in end game stuff too much the damage shouldn't be an issue.
You will also be able to make fun Teams with Navia and Itto with Bina.
If you want a solid off-fielder and want to use Lunar charge Ineffa is great, but since you don't have Flins and since Columbina will also enable Lunar charge, I think you will probably have more fun and Variety with Bina.
the best part about being casual and not concerned about endgame is you can pull for fun over meta.
