So my first main was Diluc (*who I don’t really use much unless I need a claymore* ). Then it was Xiao, followed by Flins and back to Xiao again.

Not sure who would win to be honest when it comes to Xiao vs Flins. I haven’t done Nod-Krai so I don’t know much about Flins so I really don’t know how powerful he is.

By strength potential both are equal. In actual battle hard to say cause xiao got more fighting experience but Flins got the tactic brain.

Your example is interesting is that's a fight (if you want to call it that) that actually happened in-game! Neuv no-diffed Childe mid-transformation. (SUPER poor etiquette in any Magical Girl or Sentai story, let me tell you!)

For me, I guess it'd be Ganyu vs Citlali? One's a centuries-years-old master Shaman, the other's a millennia-years-old secretary. While Ganyu's no slouch, Citlali's probably in better practice when it comes to fighting, so might be a toss-up.

Ganyu's story quest has her training under Xiao to make sure she's still up-to-snuff, and while she does pass the test it's certainly still the case that her day-to-day work doesn't involve combat and probably hasn't since the Archon War. She can still step up if needed, of course, but Qilin are peaceful creatures by nature.

Meanwhile, every new Night Wind Shaman comes to test themselves against Citlali, so she has a constant need to keep in practice.

In my case it would be Qiqi versus Baizhu. I don't think there will be any fight, because of how they work together. Unless it means forcing Baizhu to rest a little - then Qiqi claims to be in better physical condition than Baizhu.
