Suggestions for characters to build or pull for, for my account

I'm looking for suggestions for characters to build or pull for, for my account. I stopped playing a bit after Raiden Shogun came out, and I picked it up again at a bit before the release of Nod-Krai

Pull Ineffa for sure, will be helpful in boosting Cyno & Hu Tao and help create future teams. If you have primos to spare after that, consider getting Columbina as well.

You also have 0 reason to build your xiangling, so don't do it

You have every character you need to enjoy the game. Build them! Pull for the ones you like.

Ineffa is just super great anywhere and can slot in as a very good flex char to a whole bunch of different teams setups.

Zhongli is one of the best supports for Zibai the new upcoming Geo DPS. Shes very strong and doesn't need 5 stars to pop off (Shes Varesa but has better scaling and more versatile support options). Old man has a legitimate Meta team now soon when released after Bina/Ineffas banner.
