C6 Bennett vs C6 Iansan for Mavuika

First of all, Iansan replaces Bennett right? Not Xilonen?

I am running her premium melt with Citlali, Xilonen. Xilonen has the scroll and Citlali has millelith. Bennett and Iansan both on Noblesse oblige and c6.

Who is better? (Bennett doesn’t have a 5 star weapon, if that matters.)

Iansan replaces Xilonen unless Xilonen has constellations. But as long as you have Citlali, it's not an enormous gap between any combination of 2 of those 3 in the last slots.

Really? Don’t you get diminishing returns with too many atk% buffs?

My Mavuika is c2r1 if that changes anything.

Xilonen's Res Shred also has diminishing returns with Citlali also shredding pyro.

Mavuika C2 is raising your base ATK, further amplifying the buff from Iansan since part of her buff is ATK% instead of flat ATK.

Depends on the enemy's innate RES too tho.

If it's a high res opponent, Xilonen will probably be better. But she'll be lower than Iansan against low res opponents until she has higher cons.

if you want the best damage, Iansan replaces Xilonen. People just usually use Xilonen for QoL and Iansan can be in the second team.

Technically xilonen would be dropped and citlali benny and iansan is the top dps.
I think in rotations, Xilo is more comfy and Iansan beats benny only with escoffier's(?) Weapon. But generally bennett.
It may also depend on how you play and your builds. Someone probably knows more than me here lol

Depends if you want to minmax the damage or have a more comfortable rotation.

If you want as much damage as possible, you replace Xilonen, at the cost of less emergency healing and sticking to circle impact. If you want the best ratio of damage and effort required, you replace benett and can do pretty much whatever without caring too much about how you do it.

Isn't her premium team using both Bennett and Iansan? Either way, there isn't a big difference between all those characters with maybe the exception of Xilonen that has less value, so you can't really go wrong with a Mavuika - Iansan - Citlali core if you need Bennett in other teams due to his high demand.

From my understanding If you only care about pure damage numbers Citlali Iansan Bennett.

If you want comfortable/consistent play and never worry about your rotation or enemies moving out of circle impact then Citlali Xilonen Iansan.

If you want a balance between power and consistency Citlali Xilonen Bennett.

Constellations probably make Xilo a must have.

Iansan because you don't have to worry about staying inside the circle if your character moves around a lot.

Technically C6 Iansan is replacing Xilonen (unless you have C2+ Xilonen). But I personally drop Bennett instead because I hate circle impact.

So the team should look like Mavuika/Iansan/Bennett/Citlali. Xilonen’s 30% RES shred is diminished because Citlali is already shredding pyro, meanwhile C2 Mavuika gets an enhanced Base ATK, meaning more ATK buffs weigh heavier for her dmg because her Base ATK is ridiculously high.

559 Base ATK + 741 from R1 = 1300 Base ATK which is stupid; Bennett giving 1000 ATK w/Sapwood Blade + Iansan giving 770 ATK + 20% from Noblesse + 30% from Iansan’s C2 + 310 from feather mainstat means your Mavuika is sitting at **4030 ATK** before any ATK% from artifacts. And yes, this is assuming EM sands. Absolutely absurd.

But I digress. Xilonen also makes Mavuika getting her burst back super convenient; while Iansan + Citlali does give you enough fighting spirit to burst every rotation, it’s pretty tight and not always consistent. Xilonen guarantees you get the maximum power burst off every rotation.

So if it’s theoretical highest DPS you want, replace Xilonen with C6 Iansan. If you want comfort and easy rotations, replace Bennett with Iansan.

If you happen to have Escoffier’s signature (Symphonist of Scents), give it to Iansan for an even more ridiculous buff.
