If you've got Flins, Ineffa, and Columbina, you're going to be doing a shit ton of damage. Sucrose works well here, but you *definitely* won't need her to clear content.

Xilonen with instructor set works fine. You are getting the res shred and em buff, albeit a bit lower than sucrose. Idk how a lunar crystalize performs in that team, maybe columbina can get some extra dmg in.

Not really, Sucrose is kinda goated. You get less buffs from other Anemos, and if you put Jahoda you lose on Lunar Reaction damage from non-NK, along with Jahoda being clunky by herself.
But you already have shield from Ineffa, and Prototype Amber is kinda goated. "Sustainless" shouldn't be a concern

I do not believe Lunar Charge scales on elemental damage. This is why you build Flins with an ATK% goblet. Maybe just use someone like Xingqui or Aino (Aino can use Instructors for EM buff). Jahoda could also be used although I'm not sure how good she would be in that team. Her C6 would give a small crit rate and a pretty large crit damage buff (5%/40%).

LC *reaction* damage doesn't scale with ATK%, it scales on Level multiplier, EM and crits of contributors
But the main source of damage in Flins' team isn't Reaction damage but his *direct* Lunar-charged damage that scales on his ATK first of all, which is why he uses ATK% goblet. But EM multiplier is also a part of the personal LC damage formula.
Yet reaction LC damage still contributes a significant part of team DPS, which is why Ineffa has EM buff, Flins' has EM buff and Lunar artifacts has EM buff.

I actually use a EM Goblet piece with with SoSS and gave better results than a ATK piece but with most builds would recommend ATK .
OP Sucrose is barely on the field and easy to play , there is no point not to build her if you have her available for your Flinns/Columbina team , slap TTDS on her and your all set

SoSS converts EM into ATK. Even KQM mentioned that EM main stat might be better in this case but generally depends on substats. With any other weapon ATK% is still better

It's a crazy good EM piece with with 10 ATK% + 12 ER% and 28% Crit DMG and was saving it for Nefer but never came home , all my ATK Goblets suck in comparison

Can't really assume that everyone will use the most meta characters just because they are the best. I haven't touched Sucrose since... Inazuma or something (there's something very uncomfortable about how she plays), but at least we have some "decent" alternatives even if they aren't the best.
Durin and Mavuika can be used there too if you want to "waste" them.
Basically any anemo can work.
Obviously Sucrose is better (for dps) than those options but if you don't care about playing the "optimal" team there are plenty of options to choose from.

A Res shredder with instructors is the goofy pick to replace what sucrose does. xilonen come to mind but of course shes paid. Lanyan could do it if you like her more but she slots in fewer teams so not worth building just for this. She is guaranteed though since lantern rite is around the corner. Durin could be nice if you picked him up.

Bennet and jahoda are pretty good alternatives and also allow comfy sustain as a bonus. Jahoda also additionally can hold vv and buff a little em as a bonus

There's no "amazing" substitute. Sucrove provides both VV and an EM buff to the team. The closest you get to that is Nahida in the Nefer team with Deepwood and her burst.
For Flins, the best alternative coming to mind is C6 Jahoda. But even this loses the Ascendant Gleam buff that needs a non-Lunar character.
Most supports aren't applicable due to their buffing DMG%, which is not a relevant stat in Lunar teams.

My poor Heizou is forgotten :(. Not as good as Sucrose because she is an uncontestable part of that team, but Heizou still gives about 80 em.
