I actually believe that c1 Neuvillette would be HUGE on ur account, obviously it’s up to you but neuvillettes c1 is such a huge buff for him. it gives him interruption resistance and makes it so that he only requires two different hydro reactions to get his max buff. this greatly expands workable team comps and you already have a premium team for him available using Neuvillette, furina, xilonen, kazuha !!
This is definitely an optimal path but it’s completely up to you, pull characters you like always !!

Citlali. You have Mav, the best DPS in the game that Citlali was tailor made as her best support.

Citlali way higher scaling than Nuevillete just from the sheer fact she can turn Pyro carries to their full potential that includes past, present or future as shes the best melt support in the game. Funnily enough she can just up and join the Nuevillet team.

Neuvi's C1 is pretty big in terms of QoL: he no longer needs a shield, and he only needs 2 reactions to max out his passive meaning you can slot in a hydro unit for resonnance without missing out on damage (aka Furina gets better).
Citlali kinda makes up for the lack of C1 by providing a shield, resistance shred and her own damage. But she will also work with other teams. So both options are worth considering imo. If the goal is to just buff neuvillette, go for C1, if the goal is to open more potential teams, go for Citlali.
