I can't quite see what your describing, the video looks basically what I'd expect from a 5 year old mobile game.

lol not a individual pixel, half of the eyelid keeps flickering out and on, but the video makes it worse quality, so it's hard to see in it, it just bugs me

Check your anti-aliasing and dynamic character resolution in your graphics settings. Turn on the former and turn off the latter
