250% ER with 2 Electro? I'm not so sure about that... 'coz I have C4 Jahoda, and in a team with Miko, Ineffa, Furina (no Favs), 150% ER seems to work perfectly fine for me...??? Hell - even 120% ER is barely alright in my expereince

I mean this completely depends on the content you are doing and your rotations. Are they as optimized as the testing KQM is doing? Because their TCs have pretty specific action value % to hit.
