If ever shown in person, would you like the Tsaritsa to have Russian inspired clothing, e.g. Kokoshniks, Slavic Tiara/Jewelry, and Sarafan similar to Katarin Bokha of Warhammer Fantasy?
It doesn't look particularly regal, but it has a hardness and tough charm that seems fitting for her change of character since the cataclysm.
If not for a playable model, then at least for a cutscene.

Just googled it, it looks sick as fuck. I think the sharpness can be toned down and some details culled to make the model simpler, but otherwise, its perfect.
Also, knowing Hoyo, they'd probably show a bit more cleavage, but I don't think it would ruin the outfit. It would be like a sweet fruit in the midst of a bush of thorns.

That would be acceptable to me, as long as she doesn't inherit Mavuika's *fashion sense*. Kit wise, there is no way to tell, probably something that triggers cryo off-field at minimum, like every other archon.

This isnt inherently Russian, though. You can find many similar things in neighboring Slavic, Siberian, and Altaic cultures. The fashion just makes sense there.

Kislev is basically a generic stand-in for Slavic East-Central Europe. Ruled by Tsars, most famous tabletop unit are Winged Hussars, one of its major cities is Praag (Prague), etc.
TWW3 leaned more on the Russian side of things, but most of the old stuff is still there. You can get plenty of generic heroes and lords from their name list which are just straight up Polish and whatnot.
