Maybe lauma for her dendro application and flins but that's all I think. I am gonna skip columbina she is a archon so she will have many reruns I should pull character that are good for my account right now even if I pull bina she will be useless for me right now as I don't have characters

Up to you, to make full use out of her kit and potential/value objectively she requires another NK 5 star, subjectively its a personal choice.
Good news is theres variations of paths to take:
If Main DPS or bloom focused comps then Lauma
If Sub DPS + Support & Buffer then Ineffa to make whatever you want
Or pair with Zibai, or roll into part of Flin's best team
Or get Lauma and Ineffa and have 2 teams and pair with either or and the other goes into the standalone team
Or grab Bina and forget about everything else
Personally there isnt a right or wrong answer here it's whatever you want.

I think I will skip her then going for xilonen and neuvi sounds better to me they are more versatile imo
