Question about weapons

How come there are 5 fav weapons, one for each weapon type (sword, lance, codex, warbow, greatsword)... but there are only 4 sac weapons (sword, greatsword, bow, fragments)?

Where is the sacrifical lance?

Polearm users are usually supports/sub-dps and giving them double casts would have broken the game

It's the particle generation from the skills, letting your burst a lot more often. Also, early game Xiangling was the only polearm user, quickly followed by Zhongli (no Monstadt characters, and it's a Monstadt set).

Lore reason. Sac series weapons were originally used by Mondstadt nobles who thought polearm is a coward weapon.

The Sacrificial series of weapons were once props to re-enact past events in the Thousand Winds Temple in honor of the God of Wind and God of Time. Now from a game design perspective, my speculation is there is no sacrificial polearm so the devs have a character class they can limit from benefitting from skill resets from the jump. Imagine a Rosaria being able to dash multiple times, a Thoma having multiple shield resets or Candace being able to multi parry if they had a sacrificial polearm.
