What's the specific reason for every character to have their element?
I think its evident enough that most characters get their vision elements based on what drives their ambition, and each element corresponds to what their Archon stands for.
Freedom, Contract, Eternity, Wisdom, Justice, War, and Love but I realize that to some it doesn't necessarily correspond to exactly those ideals, but quite similiar, like Faith can be the same as Love, high sense of Duty for Contracts, Passion for War, Order/Rules for Justice, etc.
Characters like Xinyan, Bennett, and Gaming have a burning passion for what they do Adventuring, Rock n Roll, and Dragon dancing which makes them Pyro.
We have Ganyu who's faithful to Rex Lapis making her cryo, or Escoffier who just straight up loves cooking.
There are special cases like Furina receiving her Hydro Vision from Neuvillette instead of getting an Anemo one.
Xingqiu and Ayato both seem to have a high sense of abiding rules of their family making them Hydro.
But I can't tell everyone's case, what are yall's thoughts?
Bonus questions, what do you think is the hardest Vision to attain?

- anemo - most user have theme of moving forward using their past as experience in life
- cryo - most user had hidden ''desire/love'' that they still keep on top of current one, even after time passes, they still thinking about this
- pyro - most user will keep certain believes that, they believe some stuff will work out if they keep trying
- geo - most geo user kinda are like gold, no matter the era, the value of gold will never gone, they just need to adapt their self to work things out
- hydro - most hydro user ''flow'' with their life, they accept certain role and work things out with their ever changing life
- dendro - most dendro user ''grow'' from many who knew, imagine a teacher ask the whole class a question, everyone knew but nobody answer, until one person answer, this represent dendro user wisdom
- electro - just like lightning that flash quickly, people need to learn about electro user many times before knew the true nature of their character
Geo = High sense of Duty
Cryo = Faith
Pyro = Pasion
Hydro = Rules/Oder
Electro = ???
Anemo = ???
Dendro = ???
Personally I kinda did not believe elements would have any connection to the Archon's ideals but after figuring out Electro I was convinced, proof for electro is Lisa sacrificing her life for knowledge, which may be reason she's not Dendro, since Forever to someone would just be their entire lifespan.
I'd also like to point out Kazuha next, Kazuha is Anemo because he broke free from the trauma he got when his friend died, not even resenting Raiden for killing him, I personally can't think of any alternative for it to just be straight up freedom, maybe the closest would be being Carefree like Sayu, Sucrose, and Lynette...
Oh damn just got that right now.
Ok so Anemo = being Carefree.
But some really are just straight up getting set free, like Scaramouche overcoming his past embracing who he is.
Another example for Electro is also Kazuha, when he was about to face Raiden I believe he knew that was a suicide move and was willing to save traveler no matter it takes regardless of time even for eternity, atleast just in that moment.
So Electro = Giving up life
For dendro I believe wouod just be straight up wanting to know, or the attainment of Wisdom or finding an Answer to something, like Collei wanting to find a way to cure herself and Baizhu finding a way to stop his curse.
Personally all these ideals diverge, like Lisa and Layla aren't Dendro despite being huge nerds and wish to attain wisdom, but Lisa ended up electro and Layla is cryo because she just really like studying.
I believe the hardest to anderstand would be electro, because Electro may diverge to other ideals just being intense you can be very faithful, very passionate, very dutiful, very meticulous, or very nerdy but at the expense of your own life then you'll be Electro, except Anemo because they're polar opposites, if you broke free from the trance and gave up giving your life up in the pursuit of your goal for eternity then you'll attain freedom.
Personally, I can't answer for all characters, so I hope this post would have answered it, but I think everyone has their own opinion whoch I respect.
So just few outliers from my mind
Barbara and Dahlia Are both Hydro while Rosaria is Cryo.
Both Barbara and Dahlia Are more about Faith while Rosaria Is more about mantaing order
Jean Is not Carefree, nor Is Xiao or Faruzan or Jahoda really
Kinich isn't really finding anything specific outside his jobs
Clorinde is both pasonate about her job And Dnd but has Electro even thou She Is has life outside that Is
All Knights of Favonius And Adepti have sense of Duty, but they aren't mainly Geo
I do really wonder what exactly Hoyo's internal lore bible uses to determine a character's element.
Pyro - Passion
Hydro - Justice
Anemo - Liberation
Electro - Eccentricity
Dendro - Wisdom/Knowledge
Cryo - Restraint
Geo - Resolve
Some characters released during and after Natlan seems to throw these off. Seems like they gave up on symbolism and locked in on marketing.
