Hello, everyone! I would like to request help on what I could do here on the Chronicler of crumbling city quest. It says to explore up ahead but, theres 0 way to get down to the bottom floor area I have watched videos but I can't get the elevator to appear. Is it just forever broken? I don't remember doing this quest or getting down there. I don't have the waypoint to go down there either I tried everything to try and get down to that area but I cannot. I would appreciate any help on what I could do.
