Is bennett, diona, kazuha/sucrose a good team for mavuika?

That's a fine team, especially if Diona is C6. You're going to struggle to get enough Fighting Spirit for Mavuika's Burst, so it might be worth it to see whether Kachina is better than either Diona or Sucrose.

No because it has zero Natlan characters. You gotta have at least one. If you really want to go cheap I'd probably go: Mavuika / Bennettt / Iansan / Rosaria.

Should I pull for xilonen if I don't have citlali, furina, etc.? Or just stick with your recommended team?

Citlali should be your top priority. She is the most important for Mavuika by far. Xilonen is good as well but if you have at least C2 Iansan it's fine if you skip her and save the pulls. And Iansan is better than Xilonen once she reaches C6.

That team will work but you'll struggle with mavuika energy issue... So I'll recommend you pulling for xilonen atleast

Rather you can also use her with iansan...

If you intent on mostly 4 star, I think Ororon Iansan Chevreuse work.

Iansan can replace Xilonen/Citlali for fighting spirit if needed.

Mavuika Rosaria Diona Iansan could also work.
