Impossible to tell for sure without knowing your 5\* lineup or who you are going to pull. But in general, Bennet and Chevreuse are very good supports.

bennett, iansan, chevreuse, xingqiu. for more niche stuff; kuki is ridiculously easy to use to make a high damaging hyperbloom team, faruzan is great if you have an anemo dps you use (especially because you have her c6), and gaming is one of if not the best 4* dps in the game if you get used to his playstyle.

Yaoyao is great, especially at c6, awesome if u need dendro application with sustain (healing) and if you don't have Baizhu already.
Lynette is pretty nice at c6, if you like her play style.
About the others... low cons 4* are ehh but some are good to level up while waiting for more cons:
Iansan if you have or plan to get any Natlan dps or play a dps who either can move a lot, scales on atk, or play overload.
Charlotte is a good party healer, nice in Furina's teams when lacking other options.
Gaming is a great pyro dps, can rival with 5* in best scenarios (c6, good build, good supports).
Everyone else can be useful in niche scenarios (for example Gorou might be useful with Zibai if you're interested in her... although it's a bit early to tell for sure; Dori c6 can be good in hyperbloom) but I would only recommend leveling them if you need numbers for the theater or specific teams where you don't have any other better choice or want to experiment with.
