Rotation on Nefer team

I've been playing Genshin off and on for a while now but haven't paid much mind to team comps, rotation and so on until a few weeks ago
This is the team I've been playing since nefer's release and I enjoy the damage this team can do
Though sometimes the damage heavily varies which is probably due to a lot of more or less random button smashing I do in fights so I wanna ask what would be a good rotation for this team
And I know this is not the ideal team comp and I plan to pull on Columbina to switch her in Mona's stead
But I have gotten very used to Baizhu in my teams cause he's such a convenient healer that I'd rather keep him in the team
A little help would be much appreciated to get the best out of this team!

The biggest problem is you don’t have enough hydro to make cores. Use Aino or Furina, hell even Xingqiu, you have to have off field hydro so you can get 3 dews while you’re on field with Nefer using the first three up

I'm still building Aino but was planning to switch her with Mona once she's built enough and I don't get Columbina
Would Columbina apply enough Hydro off field? I haven't looked much into her play style yet

You can keep Baizhu and ditch Aino, Columbina is enough alone. No clue what the other person is smoking

Columbina does apply enough yes, her skill applies hydro every 2 seconds. No clue what that other person is confused about, Columbina is literally just Lunar Furina

I'm doing it with my team Barbara->Lauma->Aino->Nefer.

With your team I think the best order would be Baizhu->Lauma->Mona->Nefer.

You don't have nearly enough hydro app. If you're dead set on using this team for whatever reason. Alternate on fielding Mona and Nefer. Probably something like N1CN1 on Mona then a your Charged attacks on Nefer.

If you wanna be a bit risky, you can swap Baizhu for Xinqiu and weave a few normal attacks between all your Nefer charged attacks. Your sustain drops a lot but not to zero. Who needs healing when the enemies are dead anyway?

Mona is more of a place holder while I build Aino/wait for Columbina's release since she's the only viable hydro unit I have built^^
Thanks a lot for your input tho and I will try your suggestion when I'm not playing overworld and I don't constantly need to run to a statue because my dodging skills have become non existent since I got Baizhu haha
