From the colour of the indicator, I'd guess it's on a different layer?
EDIT: just checked, this one is indeed in an entirely different cave system.

That’s why I figured, I just can’t figure out how to get to that cave system. For some reason I have not been able to find any online guides for this specific pyroculus.

You should check out the official "Teyvat Interactive Map" from Hoyolab. It's exactly what you need for this sort of thing.
I went to the Teyvat Interactive Map, used the filters on the left to select Pyroculus, and moved to the area in your screenshot. This Pyroculus has an icon. When you click the icon, you get a little tooltip where other users have marked the location and added a note.
For your Pyroculus, the note says: "Lower the water level. You will reach this Pyroculus while doing the 'Shadows of the Mountains' quest."
If you don't have Shadows in the Mountains in your quest log, you can look it up on the wiki. The wiki will tell you how to start the quest. (If the quest is part of a chain, the wiki will also tell you what the "prerequisite quest" is, so you can figure out what quest you need to start.)
