Should I pull for Chevreuse? I have a C5 Chevreuse and I have built up 70 pity and I don't want Varesa or another Xilonen. Should I still take the risk?

10000% skip. Do not waste your pity on a 4 star when new characters are coming out, I. E. Columbina. Pulling for her or Ineffa at C0 will do more for your account than a C6 Chevy.

1. You want the 5* too
2. Swiping your credit card isn't an issue

end up with Keqing(9pity) C1 Varesa(15pity) and Iansan 9 pull after Varesa :)

Never pull for a 4-star unless you'd be content with accidentally getting the 5-star. No exceptions.
In your situation, it's an especially bad idea since you're very close to soft pity. You have a high chance of picking up a 5-star within the next ten pulls.
There will be other opportunities to get Chevreuse.
