Should i get columbina as a returning player?

stopped playing before natlan and just came back, I don't have any nod krai characters other than aino and I would maybe wait for a lauma rerun but other than that I'm not interested in anyone else but columbina and zibai.
Can i use Columbina in other teams without nod krai characters, or should i get ineffa too even if im not planning on getting more nod krai characters?
I will be getting Zibai solely because i like her design/playstyle so that's why im thinking of getting columbina, i just don't know if its worth it for what i have rn.

just a tip that you can use the Hoyolab app to efificiently and easily share your whole character roster with more information and details like their constellations. Go to the globe icon at lower bar menu > select Genshin Impact > select Hoyo Guides > select Battle Chronicle > select All Characters

Columbina has very little value if you don't have other lunar characters, she's kinda like Furina without her burst in that scenario. So if you are absolutely sure that you'll be getting another lunar five star alongside her, then go right ahead. She and Zibai are made for each other so you're good to go if you get both. Ineffa will make columbina more versatile, but you're already looking at a ton of wishes there and I don't know your budget.

if you’re going to play throughout 6.X, then she is probably a good pick-up for the future NK characters that release this year.

I don’t think it would be very necessary since she’s gonna be another hydro catalyst and she’s probably going to need more not krai characters to fully shine as that’s what hoyo’s been doing nowadays(like flins and innefa,and lauma and nefer) so it might be a bit of a oversight but if you like her design and character then go for it
