Wild guess theory for what might happen after Luna IV (spoilers)
After seeing Liben and then a [YouTube short](https://youtube.com/shorts/YctsHWaYR2U?si=bBLC_kHchsd97-LC) on the probability that Dornman Port will be coming up soon, I have a few theories on what might happen in the near future.
After Dottore is defeated in Nod-Krai (I doubt he'll succeed in trying to create a fourth moon without someone screwing him over), he will flee to Mondstadt to lick his wounds, specifically that abandoned hospital, and come under the protection of the Lawrences (who supposedly are in charge at Dornman Port). Now, you might wonder why Dottore would seek help in Mondstadt, but it isn't the first time he's had dealings there - he essentially got "owed" by the Knights of Favonius for killing Ursa the Drake (even though its return was Dottore's doing). The KoF might want him dead, but the Lawrences might see an opportunity of a "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" variety, and might scratch Dottore's back in the hopes that he'll help them destroy Ordo Favonius. Of course, I doubt Dottore will help them with something he'd consider trivial and will just leech off their hospitality.
The Traveler would, no doubt, find out about this and go to finish Dottore off, perhaps bringing a certain Spindrift Knight along since she'd be mighty pissed to learn her family is *still* collaborating with a Fatui Harbinger (even if Dottore might be considered rogue by then).
