They're all worth it. It depends on your other units and what you want for your account.
Strong DPS? Pull Varesa and/or Neuvillette
Strong support? Pull Ineffa (not only for Nod-Krai units, but in general)
Strong support, who can enable Lunar reactions? Pull Columbina

I don't have Varesa or Neuvillette and I don't plan on pulling for them (I personally don't like their playstyle, but I still love them).
I'm planning to pull for Columbina and Zibai next (maybe Ineffa, if the Gacha is kind to me! xd). Then it's on to saving for Sandrone, who will hopefully become playable.
I've never pulled for meta. I pull/build, who I like and try to make it work. I can get 95% of important endgame rewards (aka primos) by playing like this (have done that since almost four years), so I see no reason to change it!

everyone defines worth different. if you look at meta, nevi fell off, varesa will fall of with the release of columbina. ineffa and columbina are on the same "worth" lvl. columbinais more flexible and usable in more teams, ineffa is a shielder with more damage. varesa could be worth for exploration. nevi could be worth if you like dragon ball ;)

I'm the player that plays what I like rather than who fits which team the most. I like Columbina because she's gorgeous and has unique playstyle (?), Ineffa because I like her robot skill, Neuvillette because he's hot and a strong dps too, and varesa because she's cute and also a strong dps lol.

I'm asking who's really worth it because I like them all but I'm an f2p, if I can I will get them all along with their signature weapon. Even though I play what I like, as an f2p I want my primos to go to a good character that I like that's worth it. 🙂
