Is xilonens sig good option for her? I have xilonens sig but no xilonen, I do have r5 harbinger of dawn but I can't always sweat to dodge. So is it a good choice? (I have no other f2p options)
its barely better than the craftable for her, more notable depending on whos the last slot i guess

So even if you're unlucky and have no sword billets to craft, you can get that R1 for free

Not sure how it compares to xilonen's sig, but even with only 50% uptime you can consider HoD a strong option since you don't really care about the low base ATK. 47% CD and effectively 14% CR (28% at max uptime) are still decent numbers.
