Would this team have good synergy? Varesa is C0, the others are all C6.
I'm kind of a returning player, not much experience with Nightsoul characters. Trying to see if these kits benefit each other for Overload.

Your team needs off-field pyro application to trigger overload which refreshes Chevreuse's passive which penetrates up to 40% of enemies pyro and electro resistances. Without constant pyro application, it will be harder to achieve it. Xiangling is the PYRO APPLICATOR if you don't have Mavuika nor Durin. You just have to make sure that your Xiangling has a lot of ER so she can burst constantly. It's also better if she is at least C4. However, the latter is strictly not mandatory.

Mavuika is better here since she deals a lot of damage on her own. Make sure to give her ATK sands Pyro Goblet and Crit Damage circlet. EM sands is better if your Mavuika is the DPS, which in this case, she is not.

You dont need INSANE pyro app for chevy, once every 5s is good enough. Even thoma burst is fine but xiangling is obviously better

Once Varesa gets going, she moves everywhere and she doesn't stop for awhile. Xiangling can bring mobile pyro application with you wherever she goes and keeps the attack up.

While it can work, Varesa will often run off of Bennett's burst in addition to Overloaded and her plunging attacks will push smaller enemies away. His role is also kind of redundant with Iansan providing ATK buffs especially while Varesa's moving (plunging counts as moving) and both her and Cheveruse are also healing.
Someone with off-field Pyro application would be preferable instead to consistently proc Overloaded which limits to Xiangling (if enough energy to proc every rotation), Dehya (if remain in the circle), Thoma (if enough energy and weave in a normal attack), Durin (can also buff Overloaded), or Mavuika (strong hits + synergy with nightsoul).

shes technically the ideal pyro teammate. you want Mavuika to burst, which gives a 40% damage buff if full, then you swap to your chosen main dps, that would be Varesa

Iansan Chevreuse is two of the best supports for Varesa, the only problem is the lack of off-field pyro application for Chevreuse's buff up time and Varesa's likelihood to leave Bennett's circle.

Bennett isn't terrible here but like others have said he's not necessary- usually you'd pick between Bennett or Iansan, and not use both at once. Iansan is the better option between the two.
Mavuika is the best possible replacement but Xiangling, Durin, or Pyro Traveler are good alternatives. (Traveler is about to be buffed so might be worth looking into how significant the buffs are once we know in a few weeks)

get diminishing returns from all the atk buffers that you already have. a pyro subdps who can consistently proc overloads would fit better than bennett. xiangling, durin and mavuika are your best options. you don't want to replace him with another electro cuz then pyro app would be very lacking and you would also lose the pyro resonance.
if you have durin you should use him. if you don't have durin then i'd recommend xiangling even above mavuika. although using mavuika here would be more dps, you can use mavuika in another team as a main dps. if you do have c6 xiangling, she will have good enough uptime on her burst granted that you have enough er on her.

You can but bennet have circle impact and varesa move a lot so its kinda ass to play and also you need to swap to bennet every 2 plunge, better put offield pyro like mav/pmc/energy vampire from liyue

It would, but you do need to keep in mind this is Overload, so you're going to send smaller targets flying, which makes it a bit harder to hit multiple people at once with Varesa and keep people inside Benny's friendship circle. I used to run overload w/ her and ended up swapping to a Superconduct nightsoul team later for this same reason
