You'll need 720 fates = 115,200 primos to be guaranteed for each character. Do the real 100% for each region, achievements and all the quests and limited events you can. Login every single day and do the bonus primo commission thing in the adventures hand book.
You'll be able to get them, but you'll have to work for it and that could ruin your relationship with the game so be careful. I was lucky with my first 7 or so characters and didn't lose my 50/50's so I didn't need that many primos (you could get the character from a 10pull). I've fully 100% all regions on the map except Dragonspine and once in awhile come across a chest there. None of this ruined my relationship with the game.
Good luck and happy trails! If you want I can help you, dm me.
