Is this even worth it ?
I might be missing something, but this team looks good at first glance and actually has a lot of problems once you think about it.
First of all, what is Alhaitham doing here? He isn’t even contributing half of his usual damage. Without proper supports that actually buff him, his damage drops a lot. In this team, almost everything is focused on buffing Luna reactions, not Alhaitham himself, so his role feels very weak and inefficient.
On top of that, Alhaitham constantly consumes the Hydro aura, which directly interferes with Luna reactions. Instead of letting Ineffa consistently charge Luna, the Hydro gets stolen, which can break the whole reaction flow. At that point, wouldn’t it be better to replace Alhaitham with someone who actually helps the team’s main goal, like Nahida or Nefer?
There’s also the issue of sustain. With this much Dendro + Hydro application, Bloom and related reactions will happen constantly, and without a proper healer, the team feels like a ticking bomb. Yes, the damage can be high, but it also explodes back at you just as much.
I’m not an expert on Luna reactions, so I might be wrong on some details, but I wanted to question this team because mechanically it doesn’t feel right, and Alhaitham in particular seems more like a liability than a synergy here.

Every time Dendro hits it will completely remove the hydro aura, and then having another quick hit in succession apply Dendro aura. Hydro and Electro are half as efficient in removing the dendro aura.
So the goal is to have enough hydro application to override Lauma's application. Someone with off field application preferably, since you can onfield Columbina with her charged attacks to take advantage of Lauma's burst stacks. You will not generate as many lunar charged procs from ineffa, since dendro will remove the aura but overall the team shouldn't feel bad to play.
Xingqui or Yelan would be my choice if you have them, or maybe a hydro healer like kokomi if you need it.
Columbina Wheelchair is the BIS rated E for everyone except Latin America for some reason.
Any hydro character will be better than him here including dhalia or hydro mc
