Fae are also Dragons ? It said that the First Angel taught the artisans how to create fae from bones of giant beasts. Unless there are other giant beasts PO created, the only giant beasts we know are the Dragons.

Going with D&D rules there is faerie dragons but Dragon is a separate category to fae. so id say no.
And the whale in fontaine weekly is huge so dragons arent the only big creatures we know

It says right there that the fae are made of fallen frostmoon light, forged *upon* the bones of giant beasts, not *from* the bones.

Upon vs From.
If I make something on a steel table, it does not mean that the object is made itself from steel.

As others have pointed out, it does say UPON, not FROM. The artisans were apparently sitting on dragon bones while performing their work.
However, that doesn't mean that there ISN'T any draconic influence going on. Why, specifically, would Fae need to be created on the bones if the bones weren't important to the process? Perhaps some power or magic is being absorbed into the Fae due to the proximity?

I think you are right that dragon bones are integral to the creation of the Fae, so they are likely to have some draconic aspect.
